The goal of the National Center on Low-Incidence Disabilities is to build the nation's capacity to provide high quality educational services to infants, children, and youth who are deaf or hard of hearing, are blind or visually impaired, or have significant support needs, by serving as a central resource of information, training and technical support for families and educational professionals.
